BYOD
Reuse your own router using our setup guides. Some routers may not be compatible, and we highly recommend rental routers provided by 360Net to enjoy HyperNet speeds.

Contract Term
Minimum of 12-month contract on all HyperNet plans.

Exit Fee / Termination Fee

Exit fee of $249 applies on all HyperNet plans (early termination fee).

Non-Return Router Fee

• $299 for non-return of Wi-Fi 6 router
• $499 for non-return of Wi-Fi 7 router

Monthly Discounts

• $20 off applies only on Supersonic plans. This discount is valid for only a 12-month period. Normal base price applies after the 12-month contract finishes.
• Base price for all HyperNet plans are subject to change at any time. Discount offer $20 month off applies only on base price. If the base price of HyperNet plans increases within 12 months of contract, the $20 discount will still apply to the new base price at the time of change. A 30 days’ notice period will be provided in this case.
• No other offers or discounts apply in conjunction with other weekly/other offers.
• Prices are subject to change with a 30-day notice period.

Notice Period of Cancellation

Customers must provide a 30-day notice period for cancellation by emailing support@360net.co.nz, calling 360Net, or using the chat option on our website. Services will be terminated after the 30-day notice period. During this period, customers will be charged their monthly subscription billing amount.
